Event Management

Founded in 2011, our original start-up has remained committed to advocating and championing local businesses with a focus on local suppliers. We have hosted a range of successful events for regional and metropolitan corporations, brands, communities and cultural groups throughout Australia. Whether it’s for 200 or 200,000 guests, we take the time to understand your business, audience and objectives.

We are an award-winning market leader in the provision of event management services, and have planned, managed, and executed a range of exciting events across the country. As regional and metropolitan event specialists, we work in partnership with you to clearly articulate your vision.

Pop-up events

Here for a short time (but a good time)? Our pop-up event packages include everything from lunches and launches to entertainment and entryway construction, all customised to your vision.

Multi-day events

Just like Rio Tinto’s two-day end of year celebrations, Picnic Days in Tom Price and Paraburdoo, the Brew & The Moo festival and bi-annual Passion of the Pilbara events, if your event lasts longer than a day, so do we.

Large scale events

Our experienced and qualified team hold more than 25 years’ experience organising events with guests numbering 5,000 through to 250,000. Let us manage every aspect through a finance-conscious lens.

Events that excite, inspire and connect communities.

Having managed events across Australia for well over a decade, we’re equipped with the specialised insight needed to deliver regional and metropolitan events, from community start-ups through to large corporations. Our flexible, diverse approach to event management means all you need to do is speak with our qualified team and we’ll organise the rest.

Our virtual and hybrid events are also a great way to reach a wide audience while maintaining contactless interactions.
