Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Born and raised in the Pilbara, Jason is a proud Kuruma and Yindjibarndi man. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science, Jason is an experienced Community Management and Development practitioner with a strong background in Aboriginal communities and organisational compliance.

Having successfully managed a trustee company for 5+ years, Jason was tasked with ensuring proper and responsible administration, investment, allocation and custody of funds sourced from native title agreements for the benefit of the Aboriginal community. Jason’s ability to relate to clients, offer operations oversight and project manage large-scale events has allowed Wrapped Creations to become a go-to events management company for many regional communities.

General Manager

Having created magic alongside some of the best and brightest professionals in Australia’s live entertainment industry, Ben has been integral to the successful delivery of over 150 of WA’s most exciting and memorable events, earning himself a reputation as one of the state's event superstars.

With a background in event construction and with extensive expertise in site management, operations and logistics, crowd management, safety and emergency response, Ben’s appointment as Wrapped Creations General Manager in 2023 is a welcomed move. Ben is a motivator and strategic thinker. These skills, in combination with his technical expertise, exceptional work ethic, problem-solving abilities and commitment to growth, make him a valuable team asset.

People & Culture Manager

With more than 5 years tenure at Wrapped Creations with a background in leading both Karratha and Perth metro operations, Lisa has successfully executed improvement initiatives in all areas of human resources such as performance and change management, recruitment and organisational development.

Lisa believes in the significance of building strong relationships at all levels of the business, valuing diversity, equity and inclusion while fostering a positive organisational culture.

Lisa’s passion for mentorship draws on more than a decade of event management experience across a multitude of event types including corporate and non for profit events, to implement strong training and development programs to empower team members for personal and professional growth.

Operations Manager

Holly has 10+ years experience in the events and hospitality industry. She is driven to create perfect outcomes for clients and prides herself on her execution. She has many positive relationships with clients, colleagues and consumers alike.

Her motivation, attention to detail and adaptability have led to her becoming part of Wrapped Creations leadership team in 2023. It is these attributes along with her problem-solving abilities and drive for success that make her a valuable member of the Wrapped team.

Operations Manager

Heidi has over 10 years’ experience in International Hotel and Events as well as owning her own Destination Wedding organisation and is a qualified life coach. Her passion lies in leading a strong, dedicated and committed team that achieves results. Heidi displays a fierce work ethic with a nurturing personality.

Residing in Tom Price for the past 3.5 years she has a strong connection to the Pilbara community and brings a vibrant professional energy to the Wrapped team.

Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Bethany provides critical support to the Chief Executive Officer, David Yakas, as well as the Wrapped Creations executive team. She brings an energetic and personable approach to her role and works well under pressure with her calm nature. She holds herself to the highest of standards and prides herself on her organisation, reliability and dedication.

Bethany brings a wealth of experience in both administrative and executive roles, her well-refined and diversified skillset has established her as an integral member of the executive team.

Event Manager

Shonagh is a highly experienced event management and marketing professional with over a decade of industry expertise. Armed with a degree in Marketing and Event Management, she has successfully planned and managed events across Australia. In every project, Shonagh brings a unique blend of creativity, expertise and professionalism.

Her unwavering dedication and extensive knowledge in event management and marketing makes her the ideal partner for success.

Event Manager

Alisha boasts over 12 years of experience in the Events and Hospitality industry, during which she has demonstrated exceptional event management skills. She has successfully orchestrated events ranging from exclusive 10-person VIP dinners to grand festivals with over 10,000 attendees. Alisha excels in festival food management, liquor license beverage management, and pop-up events.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering drive for success, Alisha consistently delivers outstanding results. Her ability to think outside the box and tackle any challenge head-on ensures that no problem is too big to solve. Alisha’s extensive knowledge, coupled with her strong industry connections and deep passion for events, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Her commitment to excellence in event management sets her apart as a leader in the field.

Event Coordinator

Madisen is a creative individual with a natural flair for communicating and building relationships. Her creativity is paired with a results-driven attitude, allowing her to nurture long-term client relationships and execute impeccable events. Along with qualifications in Event Management, Madisen holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. She has extensive experience in marketing and events, working with a portfolio of clients across a vast range of industries.  Madisen’s ability to thrive under pressure and passion for creating memorable events makes her an asset to the team.

Event Coordinator

Laura is a seasoned hospitality & events professional, boasting over 15 years of industry experience in both the UK and Australia. Her dynamic energy and dedication make her a valuable asset to the Wrapped Team. With a keen eye for detail, communication and a knack for problem-solving, Laura seamlessly navigates challenges to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences and memories for guests and clients alike. Through her time living in regional WA, Laura has cultivated a deep appreciation for the impact of events in remote locations. This insight infuses her work at Wrapped, ensuring each project is tailored to meet the diverse needs of individual clients and communities.

Event Officer

Lily provides efficient support to the Wrapped Creations events team. She has a bright and personable approach to her role with efficient knowledge of the Karratha area. She values assisting others to the best of her ability and thrives to bring a positive first impression to Wrapped Creation clients. Lily is a Karratha local, residing here for almost 21 years. She has strong and extensive knowledge of the social and business community which greatly assists her in creating exciting events for our clients and community!

Event Officer

With a passion for events sparked by his school-based work placement at Wrapped Creations, Hayden moved on to earn his Diploma in Event Management in order to bring his event ideas to life.

His previous employment within Pilbara local government has assisted in developing his skills to successfully prepare and present engaging community events, with his experience ranging from corporate events to multi day festivals and fairs.

Design Manager

Karen has more than 30 years of design experience in the corporate and mining sectors, applying these skills to a wide range of marketing materials. She focuses on building brands from the ground up, and also has extensive experience in the design of strategic communications for ASX listed companies.

Karen is a whizz at managing complex project schedules and brings copywriting and editing expertise to the Wrapped team, allowing us to assist our clients with well-defined and thoughtful content.

Design Coordinator

Sonia has served as the Director of Swoon Design Studio for more than 18 years over her 25+ year career. She has worked alongside many of Australia’s leading advertising creatives, art directors and marketing specialists, playing an integral role in the creation of a number of award-winning campaign materials.

Sonia’s expertise has contributed to the development of some of Perth’s most high-profile corporations, showcasing her ability to seamlessly blend creativity and professionalism.
